Review: Buonissimo, Harborne

buonissimo-2It’s Thursday, November 13, the location is Harborne and the restaurant is the one and only Buonissimo! Tucked in the heart of Birmingham’s trendy, upmarket Harborne, which houses some of the finest bars and eateries, is this much talked about little restaurant with a tantalising and well thought-out menu that didn’t disappoint.

The two of us started off with a selection of warm breads and shared the pork belly and soup of the day which were cooked to perfection. The main course was fantastic, coupled with warm service which made it a memorable evening.

I have to admit, I’m not a massive lover of Italian food but the food experience at Buonissimo has definitely changed my views and tastes of Italian cuisine. Congratulations guys!
